Service Delivery Policy

SEORevive sells professional SEO services, not physical products. Nothing is shipped. Every deliverable is produced and delivered digitally. This policy sets out how and when you receive what you have paid for.

Services are provided by Pramila Business Solutions (GSTIN 18ALGPT5787N1ZZ), trading as SEORevive, from Guwahati, Assam, India.

1. How deliverables are delivered

All work is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at the time of purchase, and where relevant through shared documents and spreadsheets. We work 100% asynchronously by default — everything comes to you in writing, and meetings are optional rather than required.

Where implementation is part of your package, changes are applied directly to your website or Google Business Profile using the access you grant us. No physical media, hardware or printed material is dispatched at any point.

2. When work begins

Work commences within 2 business days of payment being confirmed and the required access being provided. Required access typically means Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and your CMS or hosting where implementation is included.

The free website audit offered on this site is not a paid service; we respond to those requests within 24 hours.

3. Delivery timelines

One-time packages are delivered within 5 to 21 business days depending on the package purchased and the size of your website. The specific turnaround for each package is stated on that package's page and confirmed in writing in your proposal before you pay. As a guide:

• Recovery diagnosis / audit packages — typically 5 business days
• AI Visibility Audit — typically 5 to 7 business days
• On-page and technical implementation packages — typically 14 business days
• Larger full-scope engagements — typically 14 to 21 business days

Monthly retainers are ongoing rather than one-off. Work is carried out continuously through the month, and a written progress report is delivered at the end of each billing month.

If a deliverable will be late, we tell you in advance with a revised date. Timelines pause where we are waiting on access, approvals or content from you.

4. International clients

We serve clients in India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. Because delivery is entirely digital, international delivery is identical to domestic delivery — the same timelines apply, and there are no shipping charges, customs duties, import fees or delivery costs of any kind.

Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST applied as per Indian law. International clients are invoiced in USD as an export of services. Delivery is by email regardless of location, and we work across time zones.

5. Failed or delayed delivery

If you have not received a deliverable by its stated date, email hello@seorevive.in and we will confirm status within 1 business day. Where we are unable to deliver a paid service at all, the payment is refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
